Cancellations

Cancellation requests received prior to the start of any online or onsite program will incur a 10% processing fee.

OnDemand, Morning Questions, and Complete Package subscribers may cancel subscriptions online prior to the start of their program.

Any transactions disputed through your bank will result in immediate deletion of your account and a permanent ban from using our services. There will be no refunds for any program access you have at that time.”

If you change your program more than once, a $200 change fee will be charged

Refunds

No refunds after the start date of any registered online or onsite program.

OnDemand, Morning Questions, and Complete Package subscribers WILL NOT receive a refund once the charge is made. There is an option to turn off the “auto-renew” feature if you do not want to be automatically charged each month to your method of payment.

Refunds due for canceled onsite or online programs will be processed on the 25th of the following month. In cases where housing is concerned, 7-10 business days will be added to this time for the processing and mailing of refund payments. Refunds may also be issued online for qualified transactions.

Refund checks are mailed to the address provided on the application unless an alternative address is received and confirmed by our office.

Any checks that are kept past their void date will NOT be reissued.
