General Questions

We offer a more individualized experience and one-on-one attention with our programs. All of our onsite programs offer one-on-one tutoring, an assigned tutor to watch over your progress, two practice NBME/Comsae, and two very caring instructors.
Yes, we can. We recommend that students who have had failed attempts attend our live lecture program instead of our online programs.
Yes, our program involves the same principles that are tested on the COMLEX and has helped several COMLEX students in the process. We also offer drills and additional lectures specific to OMM students which are included with our program.
Yes. However, we definitely recommend attending at the start date of the program. If you need to start off-cycle, we recommend starting either the second or third week of the program.
Yes, you can. Once your program has ended we will send you an email with specifications on how to extend your stay.
Unfortunately, meals are not provided other than breakfast on Monday mornings, and lunch on the first day of class and the last day of class.
We do not provide any documents for a visa other than a border letter. Border letters are provided only upon payment for the program. For proper documentation for the program, we advise that you consult your local consulate.
Building hours is from 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days/week and business hours are 8 am to 5 pm

4-Week Program

Yes. However, the class will go later in the day and there may be some Saturday classes.
A 4 week program comes with 2 tutoring sessions per week. Meaning, you will receive 8 tutoring sessions during your time here.
Students will be given 2 NBME exams. The first NBME is on the first day of class. The instructions for the second NBME will be given with the first NBME exam. You will be advised by your tutor on which form to take for your second NBME. The second NBME is normally taken at the end of the 3rd week of the program.
The 4 week program is already at a permanently discounted price.

5-Week Program

The 5-week program is for our Step 2 students. They will sit through first 4 weeks of basic sciences and have a full week of Step 2 lectures for Week 5.
Since we teach concepts over details, some of those concepts can be carried over and used in Step 2, and even Step 3. We have received an overwhelming amount of feedback saying how beneficial it was sitting back through basic sciences. It has shown to reinforce what you may already know but also allow you to pick up on anything you may have missed. It will make week 5 easier to understand and comprehend having that solid foundation to start from.

8-Week Program

The 8 week guarantee is if you do not pass your exam after attending the program you are eligible to return to the program tuition free for 6 weeks. Provided that you complete the following; you must attend lectures consistently, must attend at 80% of all tutoring sessions, and must have final NBME score and exam date approved by Dr. Francis.
An 8 week program comes with ONE session in the first week, TWO sessions during weeks 2-4, and THREE tutoring sessions during weeks 5-8. Meaning, you will receive 19 tutoring sessions during your time here.
Students will be given 2 NBME exams. The first NBME is on the first day of class. The instructions for the second NBME will be given with the first NBME exam. The second NBME is normally taken at the end of the 4th or 6th week of the program upon your tutor’s recommendation.

Clinical Skills Course

Our C.S. course is 3 days long, and includes one day of lecture and practice, and two days of case practice with standardized patients. Afterwards, you will be evaluated and a date for your exam will be recommended.
No longer than a month prior to your scheduled exam date.
You can call our office at 217-378-8018 and ask for the tutor scheduler. C.S. courses are only scheduled once payment has been made.

Online Programs

Yes. The only difference is that during the live lecture programs, Dr. Francis or Dr. Le Pava will sometimes go more into detail on that topic.
Our Live Online option programs for Step 1 and Step 2 will run throughout the year scheduled with the start times of our Live Onsite programs. You can start our On Demand or Audio programs at any time.
The On Demand program is a set of pre-recorded videos of Dr. Francis; whereas the Live Onsite lecture program has both Dr. Francis and Dr. Le Pava in person. Our Live Online program is the same class lecture our Onsite students are receiving, but on our online platform in conjunction with our partners at Edumind.
We are currently offering 4 and 8 week options for our Live Online program. With all of our Live Online options, you will receive a PDF copy of the book, 2 NBMEs and NBME consultations, be able ask an online instructor questions during lecture, attend morning questions twice per week, and receive a phone app for flash cards. You will also be able to access the lectures for up to 3 months. Our 8 week course includes 15 sessions of one-on-one tutoring and also comes with our guarantee. You can also purchase additional tutoring and NBME consultations with all of our live online options.
We are currently offering 4 6 and 12 month subscriptions for our On Demand program. With all of our On Demand options, you will receive a PDF copy of the book, interactive quizzes for each topic, and a phone app for flash cards. Our 6 and 12 month subscription include NBME consultations and email Q&A. Our Advanced and Premium options are guaranteed, and you will also be able to attend morning questions twice per week. You can also purchase one-on-one tutoring and NBME consultations with all of our On Demand subscriptions. Students will also have the option of purchasing a Live Online course at a discounted price with their subscription.
Each video time differ. There are over 100 hours of videos.
