*There will be no Step 2 classes for the remainder of the year until further notice*
Our Step 2 program is unlike any other program. We understand that in order to reason out the abnormal, you first have to understand the normal. Therefore, we have all of our students first review the basic medical sciences again, to refresh their memory on normal processes. Then, we teach you how to take that information and apply it to the abnormal, from making the diagnosis to understanding the management of the illness. After that, we then apply the information to areas like Internal Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, ACLS, and Ethics.
All classes are interactive. We ask you questions. You are encouraged to ask questions anytime. We drill students about high yield clues both during class and in drill sessions held in the evenings. We begin each day by completing a set of random USMLE questions in order to strengthen each student’s ability to master test-taking skills. In addition, we then focus on each student as an individual during his/her scheduled one-on-one sessions. See what a class schedule will look like HERE.
