Cancellations

• Cancellation requests received prior to the start of any online or onsite program will incur a 10% processing fee.
• OnDemand, Morning Questions, and Complete Package subscribers may cancel subscriptions online prior to the start of their program.
• If you change your program more than once, a $200 change fee will be charged

Refunds

• No refunds after the start date of any registered online or onsite program.
• OnDemand, Morning Questions, and Complete Package subscribers WILL NOT receive a refund once the charge is made. There is an option to turn off the “auto-renew” feature if you do not want to be automatically charged each month to your method of payment.
• Refunds due for canceled onsite or online programs will be processed on the 25th of the following month. In cases where housing is concerned, 7-10 business days will be added to this time for the processing and mailing of refund payments. Refunds may also be issued online for qualified transactions.
• Refund checks are mailed to the address provided on the application unless an alternative address is received and confirmed by our office.
• Any checks that are kept past their void date will NOT be reissued.
